Laura &lsquo\;Pinky&rsquo\; Reinsch is the Political Director \;for One Colorado. Before taking on this role\, Pinky served as the Communications and Online Organizing Manager as well as the Communications Director.

\nOne Colorado is the state&rsquo\;s leading advocacy organization for lesbian\, gay\, bisexual\, and transgender Coloradans and their families. Today\, Laura will be presenting on what happened concerning LGBT equality in the 2016 legislative session and the importance of the upcoming November election.

\nIn the 2016 Colorado legislative session\, there were many bills introduced that impact lesbian\, gay\, bisexual\, and transgender people. Unfortunately\, many of the bills that would have improved the lives of LGBT Coloradans were voted down by Republicans on the Senate State\, Veterans\, and Military Affairs Committee. \;
