The Chamber is pleased to co-host a Brown Bag luncheon with the Colorado Health Network. The topic is Advance Care Planning for people who identify as LGBTQ.
The program is being presented by Lierin Flanagan, MSW from the University of Colorado School of Medicine and is part of the Advance Care Planning collaborative between the University of Colorado Community Academic Partnership and The Denver Hospice.
During the presentation, attendees will receive an introduction to Advance Care Planning, along with the documents needed such as Living Wills and MDPOA. Additionally the presentation provides an overview of medical orders, along with how to connect the directives with your health care providers.
Each person receives a packet of resources/examples.
Seating is limited to twenty Chamber members and allies.
