Please join us as Senior Policy Analyst Brian Tobias from the Colorado Office of Policy, Research & Regulatory Reform shares with Chamber members and guests the role of the office of determining among other things if an agency’s statute and rules adequately protect the public without undue burdens on the regulated community, along with agency’s efficiency, effectiveness and accountability. The office also provides the public an opportunity to comment on these issues before the office makes recommendations to the General Assembly.
