I have been working as a therapist for 10 years and have spent the last several years building my private practice. I use Evidenced-Based Practices such as Attachment Theory, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Forward Facing Trauma-Focused tools, Psychodynamic, and other Eclectic skills. These Evidenced-Based practices combined with combined with empathy and compassion allow me to guide you and/or your relationship on a journey of healing. I've spent the last 8 years specializing in working with anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, self-esteem, communication skill building, and interpersonal relationship concerns. As a Queer identifying person I also have a strong passion for working with those in the LGBTQIA+ and GSRF (Gender, Sexuality, and Realtionship Fluid) community and providing them a safe non-judgmental space to heal.
