About Us

CHFA strengthens Colorado by investing in affordable housing and community development. CHFA offers education and financial resources to strengthen homeownership, affordable rental housing, and businesses. Our participating lenders and community partners help us deploy our resources statewide. Together with our partners, CHFA has invested $16.7 billion into Colorado’s economy. These resources have helped: *103,041 Coloradans achieve homeownership; *134,970 households attend homebuyer education classes statewide; *68,215 affordable apartments be developed or preserved; and *5,037 businesses access to capital to support 63,296 jobs. CHFA’s work revitalizes neighborhoods and creates jobs. We believe everyone in Colorado should have the opportunity for housing stability and economic prosperity.
