Over the last 15 years, they have helped more than 1,600 clients buy, sell, and invest in homes across the Denver metro area with over $500,000,000 in closed volume. Their work has earned national recognition, including ranking in the Top 1% of real estate teams by The Wall Street Journal and RealTrends, being named to the Inc. 5000 list, and receiving the Colorado LGBTQ Chamber of Commerce Business of the Year award in 2019. Alex and Derek met in 2005 and have spent nearly two decades building a life and business together. People often ask how they manage to work side by side every day, and they usually laugh and say the secret is that they are always cheering each other on.
When they are not working, they love camping and hiking in the backcountry with their corgi Isabel, traveling, and spending time with family and friends. Their passion for Colorado, their community, and strong professional collaboration continues to shape the way they serve others.
