With over 9 years of experience in the mortgage industry, most of which has been in high-production originations, I would like the opportunity to share with you some of the knowledge and information I’ve learned about all the ins and outs of loan programs, processes and approval requirements. One of the most important things I have learned is, communication is key! I found that clear and consistent communication, and proper expectation setting will not only smooth out the process but expedite files to meet the closing date.
